After my workplace injury last year Shannon did not miss a beat. She spent time discovering the issues and created a plan for rehabilitation. Some visits now I go in feeling sore and others for relaxation. Each time Shannon always seems to know what is needed.
After suffering multiple injuries from a motor vehicle accident in 2008, massage and pilates became a regular part of my maintenance therapies. At the time I was living in Tasmania and had a wonderful medical and allied health team behind me. We moved to Ocean Grove in January 2017 and I began the process of finding new practitioners for all my requirements. Luckily, I decided to try Cassie for my massages. From the time I walk through the door and am greeted by Chelsea’s smiling face to the time I leave Cassie after one of her superb massages, it is a professional, enjoyable experience.
Since I saw Summer for my treatments at the Ocean Grove Remedial Massage Centre and did the dry needling and cupping techniques it totally helped my body to loosen up the tightness in the body. And I am glad that Summer recommended to try the dry needling and the cupping in the second session.
Over the period of time I’ve attended the treatments I have received have really helped with flexibility and ease of movement. I have had very little recurring problems with my back and neck, which have been “playing up” for years. Many thanks. I am happy to recommend your services to anyone I meet who may need them.
I carry alot of tension in my shoulders and neck, and have had lower back pain. I’ve been seeing Summer for months now and couldn’t be happier. She has been using a combination dry needling and deep tissue massage. Which has loosened up my shoulder and neck and my headaches have stopped. I can move a lot better and don’t have problems anymore picking up my daughter.
You may think that massage is all we do… and yes that’s certainly a huge component of a treatment however we also have a few other tools up our sleeves to ensure you get the best results, fast!
